You can add or edit your vendor’s delivery method details, name and email address from your Bill Pay settings.
1. In Online Bill Payments, click Settings in the top right corner.
2. Under Vendors, find the vendor you want to edit and click anywhere on the line.
3. Here, you’ll be able to edit your vendor's business name and email address.
4. You have four delivery method options:
- Single-use virtual card. Your vendor receives a single-use virtual card to their email. They’ll still be able to change to a check or ACH if they want.
IMPORTANT: To process the single-use virtual card your vendor must have a point-of-sale (POS) terminal.
- Bank transfer (ACH). Your vendor will receive payment directly to their bank account.
- Paper check. A paper check will be mailed to your vendor's address.
- International payment. Payment is wired to your vendor's international bank account.
NOTE: Vendors with both a domestic and international address
You can’t make both domestic and international payments to the same vendor. If you've sent a domestic payment to a vendor in the past, the option for international payment won’t be available and you’ll need to create a new vendor.
Tip: Include whether the contact is domestic or international in Vendor name. Example: Tulips supplier- Amsterdam.
Add a new delivery method
Click Add method in the delivery method you want to add. You’ll then be sent to a payment details page where you can add and save the method.
Edit the details of an existing delivery method
Click the 3-dots next to the existing method, to open & edit the details.
Note: Edit delivery details from payment
You can also edit your vendor's delivery method details when making a payment. On the review and confirm page, just click on the pencil icon to edit all your vendors existing payment methods.
