Your paid, scheduled and unpaid bills are all displayed in the Online Bill Payments page. It's easily found using the Online payment mode toggle. Here's how:
1. Once you've successfully scheduled a payment, you’ll be taken to Online Bill Payments.
Note: Your first payment
The first time you schedule a payment, you’ll see a notification telling you about Online Bill Payments. Click Got it.
2. You'll find the Online Bill payments toggle here on the top left of the screen. It's toggled on by default.
3. You can toggle off to view pay bills or toggle on to view Online Bill payments.
4. Click X on the top right of either screen to return to the QBO homepage.
5. When the toggle is on, you’ll be able to go to Online Bill Payments from 2 places on the QBO homepage.
a. Click + New. Under VENDORS, click Pay bills.
b. Click the Pay bills icon.

You’ll know you’re entering Online Payment Mode when you see the Bill Pay loading screen.
