A check number is only generated once the paper check has been printed and sent out from our accounts payable partner Melio.
If you chose paper check as your delivery method, you’ll be able to see the check number in Online payment mode.
Find the payment under the Paid tab and click View payment. Go to VENDOR RECEIVED and you’ll see the check number there.
